Shell stalls Aphrodite talks with NGC

Chair­man of the Na­tion­al Gas Com­pa­ny Ger­ald Ramdeen yes­ter­day said ne­go­ti­a­tions with Shell are on­go­ing amid in­ter­na­tion­al re­ports that sug­gest Shell’s Aphrodite nat­ur­al gas project in Trinidad and To­ba­go is in doubt.
