San Luis Obispo takes next step toward rent protections for mobile home owners

The City of San Luis Obispo is moving forward with a round of protections for mobile home owners. The City Council unanimously agreed on new restrictions that would cap rent on parking spaces when mobile homes are sold to a new owner.
