Saint-Josse's municipal swimming pool has reopened to the public - after 10 years of renovation works and several delays.The public baths, housed in a 1933 Art Deco building, have been closed since 2010, initially for a three-year period.But upon closer inspection, the works proved to be more complicated than first thought.
