Ruto Orders End to 'Watchman' Title for Private Security Officers

President William Ruto has ordered all government agencies to stop using the term "watchman" and instead refer to workers as private security officers. He also directed strict enforcement of minimum wage, SHA, and NSSF compliance across the sector.
