Russia elections: Putin ally Ramzan Kadyrov wins Chechnya polls with nearly 100% vote

Russia's ruling United Russia party, which supports President Vladimir Putin, has won the country's State Duma elections, while his close ally, Ramzan Kadyrov, has been re-elected in Chechnya region with nearly 100 per cent of the vote.
