Romania's FX reserves rise to 64.28 bln euro in March

The foreign exchange reserves held by Romania's central bank, excluding gold, totalled 64.279 billion euro ($69.31 billion) at the end of March, compared with 63.128 billion euro a month earlier, the central bank said on Monday.
