Rocky Mount city leaders reviewing utility billing policy after family's death

We asked city and state leaders what they can do to help residents who are disconnected from power and cannot pay their bill in full. Representative Allan Chesser, R-District 25, said he's told the city is working on reviewing its billing system to be able to respond to customers who are in trouble.
