Relative calls toddler’s fatal mauling by dogs in Port Richmond ‘a freak accident’

A toddler's fatal mauling by pit bulls Wednesday was "a freak accident," a man who described himself as a relative of the boy said Thursday outside the yellow-painted brick rowhouse in Port Richmond where the attack took place.
