Red-bellied Jumping Spider(Male) (Philaeus chrysops) in Δημοτική Ενότητα Ηρακλείας, Ελλάς

Philaeus chrysops is a species of spiders in the family Salticidae, their range is the Palearctic, quite common in Europe with exception for the northern countries in Scandinavia, Ireland, Iceland and the Baltic States. P. chrysops displays an extreme sexual dimorphism; Males usually being larger than the females, which is unusual for spiders. As well as being very colorful contrary to the females.
