The Rural Electrification Agency (REA) says it has signed a $700,000 memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission to electrify healthcare centres and 15 public universities in the federal capital territory (FCT), Niger and Nasarawa states.
