RCA more expensive by 19% after the cap expired - COTAR accuses the Bolojan Government

The price of the RCA policy for heavy vehicles increased by 19% immediately after the cap expired on July 1, 2025, from 9,000 to 11,000 lei per year for a new truck, class B0. The Confederation of Authorized Operators and Transporters of Romania (COTAR) accuses the Government and the ASF.
