Qatar pushes diplomacy as Hormuz tanker attack raises alarm

Qatar and other regional powers have intensified efforts to find a diplomatic exit from the Iran conflict after another tanker attack in the Strait of Hormuz heightened fears of a wider escalation across West Asia.
