Pres. Ali unveils plan to turn Kaneville into Guyana's first 'model community'

President Irfaan Ali on Tuesday unveiled an ambitious plan to transform Kaneville, East Bank Demerara, into Guyana's first pilot "model community" as the government launched a new round of public consultations in Region Four.
