Portugal to introduce online platform for telecom contract cancellation

An online platform to allow consumers to cancel telecommunications contracts should become operational in the first quarter of 2020, an official source from Portugal's Ministry of Economy told Publico. The Single Platform for the Termination of Telecommunications Contracts, which is included in the proposed State Budget for 2020 presented by the Government on 16 December, is still under development.
