Pope in Dili calls for end to bullying, tells youth to ‘make a mess’

As he prepared to leave East Timor, half of whose population is under the age of 30, Pope Francis told young people to respect the elderly and to love others regardless of differences, giving them his classic instruction to “wreak havoc” for God.
