Police halt embassy leak investigations in Lisbon and Ottawa

Finnish police have suspended investigations into suspected information leaks linked to the country’s embassies in Lisbon and Ottawa after failing to determine what occurred or who was responsible. The Helsinki Police said both cases involved possible disclosure of confidential information to the media that could have affected the legal protection of those involved.
