An animal control officer and Texarkana Arkansas Police Department officers exit a house in the 100 block of Mary Street on Wednesday in Texarkana, Ark. Police were dispatched to the house about 3 p.m. as part of an investigation into a commercial burglary Tuesday, Jan. 27 at a vacant building in the 1400 block of Dudley Street, Police Chief Ed Chattaway said.
