Performance of regular duties by the Prime Minister and ministers in accordance with Article 115 of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia

The term of office of the Prime Minister or an individual minister or multiple ministers can cease in any of several ways, including and in particular due to a vote of no confidence in the government (Article 116 of the Constitution), a failed vote of confidence in the government (Article 117 of the Constitution), resignation or impeachment, and such cessation regularly takes place when the new sitting of the National Assembly is formed after an election.
