Park ranger describes brief time at crash site, as weather conditions prevent recovery of victims

A National Park ranger describes the conditions at the scene of a plane crash that killed at least four -- a fifth person is missing and presumed dead. The Park Service says weather is affecting the timeline for recovery of the plane and the bodies of those aboard.
