Opinion: We Have a Duty to Remember the San Diego Victims of International Gender Violence

More than ten years later, the international community has a responsibility to remember the Yezidis who died under ISIS, those still dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, including in the San Diego area, and to the more than 2,000 who are remain missing.
