Operation Harvey: Police shut down illegal cannabis grow houses

Rotorua Police have dealt a major blow to organised crime in the Bay of Plenty, busting a large, commercial scale drug operation, making over a dozen arrests and removing millions of dollars’ worth of drugs from the hands from organised criminal networks.
