NZ fur seal stranded on remote Ha'apai island released at sea

Nuku'alofa, Tonga: A juvenile New Zealand fur seal that was stranded in a remote island in Ha'apai has been released at sea after spending four days in the care of a local fisherman. New Zealand fur seals are not naturally found in Tonga where tropical waters are far outside the species' usual cold and temperate habitat.
