Norwich eyed for retail marijuana sales; concerns over youth use grows after legalization

With marijuana legalization coming on July 1 for people 21 and older, and licensed recreational marijuana retail next spring, municipalities statewide will have to determine what the impact of marijuana legalization is on their given town or city.
