Nordic Investors prepares directed bond offering

Czech financial group Nordic Investors is preparing a directed offering of bonds in its telecom holding for CZK 1.32 billion, as it told the portal E15. The majority of the new bonds were issued to J&T Private Group, which holds a 15 percent stake in Nordic Telecom Holding.
