No Penalty Despite Conviction After Attack on City Temple in Vienna

An 18-year-old was found guilty of property damage at the Vienna Regional Court because she tore down the Israeli flag from the city temple on October 21, 2023. Due to her previous convictions, no additional penalty was imposed. The verdict is not yet legally binding.
