Barely three months after a blaze at a bed-and-breakfast property in South Delhi claimed 29 lives, Delhi was shaken by another tragedy on Sunday when a five-storey paying guest (PG) accommodation for male students collapsed in Satya Niketan, killing five people and critically injuring four.
