Niger 'mutiny': Dozens of rebel soldiers arrested or killed; Russia assists loyalist forces

Dozens of soldiers who attempted a mutiny in Niger were killed or arrested in the capital, Niamey, in what officials described as a "major threat" to the ruling junta.
