Jabalpur Assistant Excise Commissioner Sanjeev Kumar Dubey has been served a show-cause notice for banning the sale of ‘Sagar Gold’ liquor without a chemical test or approval from the competent authority. The Commercial Tax Department has sought his explanation within 15 days over the September 6 order, which was amended the same day.
