Burnside Village ambassador and acclaimed wine writer Nick Ryan is set to host an “immersive food and wine masterclass” at Eccoci Ristorante this Wednesday to answer the question, “what happens when Italy’s most celebrated grape varieties meet their Australian counterparts at the same table?”.
