New Jersey restaurants, bars can continue selling alcohol to-go and for delivery under new law

Gov. Mikie Sherrill signed legislation Friday, allowing restaurants and bars to continue selling alcoholic drinks to-go and for delivery, making permanent a practice that began as an emergency measure during the COVID-19 pandemic.
