Nagaland Plans To Close Low-Enrolment Schools, Create Composite Institutions, Recruit Maths And Science Teachers

Nagaland is set to restructure its government school system by closing and amalgamating low-enrolment schools and creating more composite schools. The government will also undertake emergency recruitment of Mathematics and Science teachers, strengthen teacher attendance monitoring and introduce wider curriculum and digital education reforms.
