Mossad chief who led hunt to kill perpetrators of Munich Olympic massacre dies at 98

Zvi Zamir, who was born in Poland, became a general in the Israel Defence Forces and then director of Israel’s intelligence agency in 1968. He also sounded the alarm before the 1973 Yom Kippur War.
