More than half of Gary residents without power 10 days after storm in historic outage

Utility company NIPSCO, which serves all of Gary, said more than 61% of its customers remained without power Thursday. It said power would be fully restored by Tuesday, but residents say that timeline has been repeatedly pushed back.
