More homes are worth over €1 million, most are in Amsterdam

The number of homes in the Netherlands valued at over €1 million rose by 13.5% last year to more than 223,000, according to new figures from housing data agency Calcasa. The increase spans all types of housing, but in Amsterdam, 70% of homes worth more than €1 million are apartments, Calcasa said on Monday.
