MidEuropa to sell Romania's Profi to Ahold Delhaize

Private equity firm MidEuropa said on Monday it has agreed to sell Romanian retailer Profi Rom Food for about 1.3 billion euro ($1.37 billion) to Belgian-Dutch food retailer Ahold Delhaize.
