Meta changes are supposed to protect kids from social media. This expert doesn’t think it’ll work

The settlement between Meta and most states, including Arizona, announced last month will lead to the company paying $17 billion to the states over a decade and making changes the states say will make kids safer on Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
