Mastercard Pay Local brings card-funded GCash payments to international visitors

International visitors will soon be able to pay through GCash without loading an e-wallet first. Mastercard Pay Local will let eligible travelers link their Mastercard credit or debit cards to the GCash app and use existing merchant QR codes across the Philippines.
