Managing Migration Corridors Between the Two Shores of the Mediterranean in Times of Crisis

When I started my university studies in the 70s, Morocco was in turmoil after the ICJ's advisory opinion on the Moroccan Sahara and the decision of the late King Hassan II to organize the Green March to complete the territorial integrity of the Cherifian empire that had been carved up by the colonial powers in order to prevent the Kingdom from roaring in the future and isolate it geographically and diplomatically.
