JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) A Jefferson City man who was accused of stabbing another man in the neck on Monday night has been charged with attempted murder. Fredy Navichoc-Putzul, 22, was charged with first-degree attempted murder and armed criminal action. He is being held at the Cole County Jail without bond. An arraignment is set
