Maltese abroad without a vaccine certificate can come back with a negative PCR test

New changes in COVID-19 regulations announced last Friday will mean that unvaccinated Maltese citizens who are abroad, and have booked a return flight to Malta after 14 July, can fly back without the need to quarantine
