Malaysian NGOs raise concerns after findings show how newest FOI Bill amongst lowest-ranked in the world

The groups emphasised that the latest Freedom of Information Bill (FOI), in its current form, is widely denounced nationally and globally as deficient – and will do little to remedy the entrenched culture of secrecy in Malaysia.
