Lyons man charged after Arcadia road rage attack, deputies say

A Lyons man faces assault and other charges after Wayne County sheriff's deputies said he swerved a vehicle at a bicyclist, sprayed the rider with pepper spray and kicked him in the face during a road rage incident. Robert A. Bushart, 71, was charged Aug. 14 with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
