Liberia: District 10 By-Election Deadline Falls Friday, Court Yet to Rule

MONROVIA - Montserrado County District 10 has gone nearly four months without a representative in the House, and the outer constitutional deadline for holding a by-election to fill the seat falls this month, with the Supreme Court yet to rule on whether the expulsion that created the vacancy was lawful.
