LHC acquits man in Chiniot wife murder case

The Lahore High Court has acquitted a man convicted in his wife’s murder case from Chiniot. The court said Article 122 does not automatically require an accused to explain an unnatural death in the matrimonial home without a reliable prima facie prosecution case.
