Lawsuits challenge deep-sea mining in Marianas, American Samoa; CNMI delegate seeks revenues

Conservation and community groups filed a lawsuit Tuesday challenging the Trump administration’s plan to kickstart deep-sea mining off the coasts of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam.
