Law and Order: Woman charged with vehicular assault in connection with Dec. 18 crash

Joliee P. John, 23, of Batavia, is charged with aggravated vehicular assault, reckless endangerment 1st, endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), aggravated DWI with a child passenger (two counts), and DWI. John was arrested on July 31 in connection with a serious-injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Bloomingdale Road in the Town of Alabama on Dec. 18, 2025. She is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol and impaired by drugs, resulting in serious physical injuries to others.
