Network School has signed an agreement to establish its first Kazakhstan campus as Malaysian authorities revoke its business license and move to strip its digital status. The agreement gives Balaji Srinivasan’s tech community a potential new base as Malaysian authorities clamp down on the Network School over alleged licensing breaches.
