Kam Lai Heen to host Macau-Chengdu four-hands dinner

Kam Lai Heen at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau will host a four-hands dining event Sept. 4-5, bringing together Executive Chinese Chef Johnny Sin and guest chef Ares Shi for an eight-course dinner highlighting Cantonese and Sichuan flavors. Held under the theme “Grace from Macau, Fire from Chengdu,” the dinner will combine Cantonese culinary techniques with the bold flavors and spices associated with Sichuan cuisine.
