Juvenile charged after resisting police during Ithaca dispute

A juvenile was charged Monday night after Ithaca police said he resisted officers who tried to detain him during a large dispute in the 100 block of East Green Street. The juvenile, whom police described as one of the alleged victims in the original dispute, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation.
