Journalist Abhishek Upadhyay, who reported on Ram Temple donation ‘theft’, moves SC against FIR in road rage case

Apprehending his imminent arrest, journalist Abhishek Upadhyay, who had reported on the Ayodhya Ram temple donation ‘theft’, has moved the Supreme Court challenging an FIR lodged against him by the Ghaziabad Police in connection with an alleged road rage incident.
